Material: flanel,what ever bullet proof jackets are made of

Ability/Function: deducts 25% of damage

Description: it looked like a black hoodie

History: Brads father gave this hoodie to Brad without telling him that its a bullet proof vest that is camoflagued as a hoodie . Brads father has a feeling somthing is a amiss with the enclyptic express but its just a feeling...so he gave him the hoodie for calm of mind
