Need help abou this...

OK. I need help to think about a plot for the forum. The site is doing well and all of that, but I need a reason to explain how all the places of RE that were supposedly blowed up are here.

I can think about any good reason...

What I want to explain, is how does Raccoon, Rockfort Island, Spencer mansion and all the places that were blowed up are still here.
