Special Agent: This is the special agent, the leader of all the police and the most powerful and skilled of them. There can only be ONE special Agent here:

Agents: This agents are the most trusted men of the North Raccoon. They have proved their skills and they are the first ones that are called for the most dangerous missions. Only 3 are accepted here.

Militars: The militars are skilled warriors that had proved their value to North Raccoon. They are sended on regular missions, like recuing people or other things like that. But they are still good. Only 5.
