History: While Victor was cruising around New York City in his old Jeep, he saw a discount car place and decided he took a look. He discovered that they sold car parts too. Doing the math in his head, he found out that the parts to build a sports car was much more cheaper than to buy one. So he sold the jeep and used the cash to buy all the parts. It took several months and about one year to build it, with the help of a friend, but they finally got it. They even managed to put a weapon-compatible area up the front of the car, but Victor didn't have a gun as small. Victor only uses the Voltage for small raids and mild missions, so the car stays in mint condition.
