Name: Richardson Tactical Vest

Material: Five Inch Black Cloth, Metal Suspenders, Velcro, Bronze Plates

Ability/Function: Able to block off weak bullets and reduce damage intake

History: When employed in the army, Victor found some kind of material in the woods on a deep raid. When he analyzed it, he found it was perfect for making a tactical vest. He scavenged metal and Velcro, and fashioned his own unique tactical vest. For deep raids, it could reduce damage and block off bullets on his back in case of an ambush. It cloaked him well during nights of darkness and padded well in the cold. He named his vest after his captain, Jacob Richardson, who had died on the raid when he found the material.

Description: It is full black in color, and has holsters and straps all over. At the bottom, there are Velcro pockets for ammo and metal suspenders on the front. The cloth is extremely thick so it can reduce damage and resist against the cold partially. On the back, there are some bronze plates that block off weaker bullets and are painted black so the enemy cannot tell any difference.
